How can we help?

Open the app, go to Account → Payment, and add or remove a card, or switch between cash, card and your Streetfast wallet. Your default applies to new trips automatically.

Go to your trip history, open the trip, and tap “I lost an item”. We’ll help you contact the captain through our private number-masking so you can arrange a return.

Every completed trip emails you a receipt automatically. You can also re-send any receipt from Account → Trip history at any time.

Open the trip in your history and tap “Get help”. Choose the issue and our support team will follow up in the app.

Go to Account → Privacy → Delete account. We’ll confirm by SMS and remove your data in line with local regulations. You can export your trip history first.
